Okay, my training starts tomorrow. I'm doing the HomeTraining Program. What do I do when I'm going away for a week in between my program? There is no way I'll have access to a gym or weights where I'm going? What happens to the week that I miss? When I come back, just start up with that week? (ps. its the 3rd week of training that I'll be gone)

Here are 6 exercises you can do without weights till you can get back to your reg. program. These are all the exercises my husband started me out on. If I was ever in a position now where I couldn't get to a gym, I would difinitely go back to the basics. Good luck to you!! and thanks to my husband for starting me off in the right direction.

Crunches or sit-ups for abdominal muscles also leg lifts work, by just sitting in a chair and lifting your legs up and down.

push-ups for the arms, chest, and shoulders, do these till you burn!!!!!!

dips for the back of the arms, place two chair apart where you can place your feet on one and your hands on the other to do dips

squats for the muscles in the rear and front of the thighs, Hold something of the same weight in each hand while you do these. A bucket of paint in each hand is good weight and easy to hold on to.

calf raises for the lower portion of the leg. Stand on the edge of a step for these.

And one more....maybe the most important of all..do pushaways! LOL....meaning at the dinner table. When you are satisfied, no longer hungry, push away from the table. You do not need to eat just because there is still food there. Best of luck to you, and when you come back, just start filling in the week there.

Thats my problem, i always eat when im not even hungry!!!!

Do some GPP. Heres a little circuit.
Do each excersice for 30seconds and go on to the next for 30 seconds and continue. Do the circuit five times or more.

A)Jumping Jacks
B)Shuffle splits (hands on ur waist spread feet apart about a feet or 2 and back)
C)Vertical hopping (stay on toes and hop)
D)Slalom side to side hopping (like a skiier)

try to do these with no breaks in between. good luck.

p.s. try to invest in a skip rope. good excersise and warm up.
