okay.........so I'm reading my Exercise Program and it says to have "rest days" in between working with weights. I'm usually in the gym 5-6 days/week. Does this mean I can still go in and do some cardio on my rest days?
I found that rest days are very important as to not overtrain. This happened to me a week ago and I could not even finish my workout. Rest days are just what they say. Rest!!!!!! Take advantage of the rest days and don't get a burnout going!!!!!!! Instead of working out, take a walk in the park or a bubble bath.
