what is a good way to stretch the triceps and biceps? want to make sure they build up nicely.

Okey let's see if I can explain this good enough:
Triceps: Your arm up behind your head, elbow bend, now push the elbow down with the OTHER arm.
Biceps: one arm straight in front of you (not down or up but straigth!) now bend your wrist and stretch your arm by holding the hand.
Got that one?

Hold one are out straight in front of you, palm up. Take the other hand and bend the wrist down to stretch the bicep. Repeat with the other arm. This can be uncomfortable, so go only as far as to get a nice stretch and not hurt. If this is not the stretch Philia was describing, I apologize, but it's a good one!
