How important are spuats and leg days? Currently I do nothing but ride the bike.

Squats are extremely important. Not only do they work the quads better than any other leg exercise, but a total body movement. If you are not breathing hard after a good heavy set of squats, something is wrong. No matter what anyone says, leg presses will never do what squats will.

Before I get ripped on, i have a little genetics on my side when it comes to my legs, i've always had 4 well defined muscles in my thighs hence the lack of attention to them

yeah,I was there once too. I stopped doing squats due to this, and have been paying the price ever since. Don't neglect them. At least do a few sets to keep them in shape. The bike will not do it. Trust me on this one, I have been there. Good luck.

BB1fit is right on with that one. I am an avid mountain biker and road. I figured I'd get away without doing legs because I do cardio, and guess what, I am back doing legs! Cardio is just that, cardiovascular excersise.
