Do you really need to do warm ups on the begining of each set,say on arm day you do conc.curls standing curls and hammer curls ,would it be sufficient to warm up for the conc. curls (light weight warm up total of 4 sets) and then just do 3 sets of the rest???? Same for incline chest reg chest???

Yes, just warm up for the first working set. No more warmup for that bodypart is needed. As example, chest...warmup with 2-3 light sets, then do your flat benches or whatever you do first. Then go right to inclines, etc., no warmup needed anymore till you are done with chest totally.
