Hello family. I previously announced I would be out as I hurt my arm. I found out I completely ruptured my left lower bicep tendon. I of course had surgery to reattach the tendon. I am currently working on getting my mobility back and it is going well. Two weeks out of surgery I have full extention of my arm and streching the wrist. I have therapy for a week and a half and start work on strengthening. I was just wondering besides what the doc tells me on getting back to were I once was if anyone might have and suggestions. Thanks, ace out

ouch. sorry to hear that. hope the recovery goes well and speedy, and that you'll be back to hitting the weights in no time!

as far as excercises go, stick to what your doc says, and go from there. no sense pushing things too far too fast, and end up staying out of the gym alot longer than expected, or forever.

best of luck!

I agree 110% with the rev. Listen to your doc and most important listen to your body.
Good Luck
