I was wondering if anyone could offer me some advice. I am currently study for exams,as well as working, which is taking up a lot of my free time. How can I get the best workout in a short time, would using heavier weights and doing less reps help?
Many Thanks

It depends on how much time you have available. Most of us are or have been in the same situation. It really doesn't have to put a big dent in your schedule and you can usually juggle schedules enough to allow for 40 to 60 minutes of gym/exercise time. As far as reps/sets, it depends on your fitness level and what your goals are. Some of my best workouts are at lunchtime where I make it a point to stay out of any conversations and stick to getting the workout done and back to work. Others may have some pointers but we need to know a bit more about you and what you're trying to accomplish.

padams....circuit training may be right up your alley. Going from one exercise directly to the next, for about 3 sets. If you have a Universall type machine available, this would be ideal. If not, jsut map out your exercises before going into the gym, and do it that way. Complete one circuit, rest, and do another. May help you out time wise.
