I have searched all over for the glycemic index of this cereal but i couldn't find it. It's the one without the berries. It's from rice, not corn. Would you recommend this product or is it too high on the glycemic chart?
Well personally I don't like those typical morning cereals.... Why? Because they give me sugar cravings (and I can eat three full bowls and still feel hungry!) Good old fashion oats works ten times better for me.
Oh and yes, it's high on the glycemic chart but if you eat some good proteins with the cereals (like cottage cheese or egg whites) the insulin spike will be lower.
