What is a good substitute for the incline calf raise. My gym doesn't have a machine for this and it is part of the 12 week mass program I am starting today. Also, I decided to try using creatine for part of this program. I will be going on vacation for a few days next week and won't have access to a gym. Would it be beneficial at all if I start the loading phase this week then take 4-5 days off, or should I just wait until I get back to start?
thanks

If you are going to take 4-5 days off, I think I would just wait to start my creatine loading. As far as calves, some options could be seated calf raises, calf raises off the leg press either one legged or 2, squat calf raises with the squat bar. Just a few that might help.
