Im trying to figure out which would benifit me more a 3 x a week workout.Or a 5 times a week workout....Also what would a 5 day a week work out look like????biceps 1 day, tricep next, chest next??Any info would be helpful Thx
Another would be to do one heavy, one light day on your choice of body parts such as chest and legs. Good luck in whichever you choose. As far as which would benefit you most, 3 or 5 days, it really depends on your fitness level and your time available. If you are at least an intermediate level, (at least 3 months steady training or so), you are probably ready for a 5 day split. You can concentrate more energy on individual muscle groups and shorten your workouts at the same time. So, good luck in your choice....
