Trying to figure out which way is best for tricep extensions,I have mainly seen 2 ways 1.Bring bar to forehead and then come up and 2. bring bar behind head like half way down then come up any ideas????
By far bringing bar behind head. FROM(full range of motion) is what you are after for quality tricep development, or any muscle that is. You do not get the good stretch, and then the initial drive from the lower part of the movement if you do them to only the forehead.
