Ok, I've been trying to bulk up but Im having trouble actualling gaining weight. Im male, 18 years old, 178 cm, 70kg I am trying to gain alot quickly as possible. I have strong thighs and anything under my abs is quite tight and muscly and toned, but my chest is non existent, its like diverging inwards or something, no muscle at all. I've been doing work on the bench alot but still no results. I can see my ribs, but I can ran very long distances, but I have problems with gaining weight. I look like a stick. I have a thin neck, arms, torso, its really embarrassing...someone help me quick!!!!!!

Well what can I say but lift heavy, EAT and rest!!
Maybe you'll need a weight gainer. Do a search and take a look in the nutrition forum!

Try incline bench at different levels.
