my cholestorol is on the high side so the doc's putting me on medication. anyone know how one can maintain muscle and not gain cholestorol.(eating protein)? guess eating too much meat. would doing more cardio help? also I am a hardgainer.
A good protein supplement should be the ticket for you along with a good MRP. Eat fibrous carbs and cook in olive oil. Olive oil is reknowned for changing cholesterol ratio, HDL to LDL. Other healthy EFA's like flaxoil are also very beneficial. Do not go crazy on them, but use them.
