Welcome to Ft. Glad to hear you are getting back into it.
Why not go for 11-12 reps? Just my input.
Good Luck

Your right in that aspect.

Curious, why would you not be concerned with back and shoulders? Pretty important body parts. Remember, you are only as strong as your weakest link. Not training shoulders can have some serious consequences, as you use shoulders in most all upper body movements. And back, without a strong back....

I think you would be much better served with a solid foundation. You can still work arms twice(triceps), do chest, shoulders and triceps day one, legs and back day 2, , biceps(heavy) and triceps(light) on the third day. Triceps are more of your arm size than anything. Biceps are just a show muscle, and triceps will also enhance your bench, which will give you a bigger bench, thus chest. Shoulders are as important for both, and to give you that bigger wider look.

^^^^ uh-hu

u can have massive arms - but if your shoulders are weak, you'll end up hurting yourself because your shoudlers will simply give out.

also, it does not look good when u got massive arms and tiny shoulders. usually u want to have an overall look, not just bulky parts sticking out here and there.
