Give yourself a week off...rest, grow,and come back and increase your weights for another 8 week mass program. Just vary your routine some. Change the order of your exercises, or choose new compound exercises. With a week off to rest, you will come back refreshed and mentally strong,not to mention resting the ligamentsm, tendons, joints, etc. and will probably grow some.
