What amount of weight do you guys use for some of these exercises? Another question im well toned, little fat around waist... but i have muscle definition....there are no veins showing in my arms biceps or even forearms not even when I exercise, normally people have that vein in their biceps that shows after a while but i dont have any veins showing at all, is this normal?

Perhaps you are overtraing. This could happen. Also your diet may not be providing you with the fuel and rebuilding your muscles. Let us know more about your diet and traing for more info.

What is your warmup procedure like? This could really be affecting your working sets. And 6 sets of 6? May be too much. Your mass building exercises are your compound movements, flat bench, and inclines. Inclines go a long ways toward that mass chest size you want. 6 sets of flat benches may be robbing you of some strength on inclines too. Overload is what makes a muscle grow. You may be robbing yourself of the ability to do this on each set on your chest. And as Carivan says, how is your diet? It needs to be sufficient to build mass.
