When working a body part, lets say chest, I do my warm-up set for bench press and then do my two or three work sets. When I do my next set for chest, incline dumbell press. Should I do a warm-up set or move into the work sets. Do I need to do a warm-up for each move? Once I start on a body part is the first warm-up enough until I start the next body part?

No....once you warm up for your first exercise for chest, your chest will already be warmed up. Will take away from your strength, (overload) work sets for the next exercise. One note, one warmup set may not be sufficient. Try at least 2, with pretty light weight. Should not in any way work the muscle, just get blood flowing there. I do one more of 3 withabout 70-75% of my working sets just to acclimate the muscle to heavier weight. Good luck.
