Walking will not rid you of your weight. there are a variety of leg machines you could use. If you are using free weights, squats would be the best. But if not, the leg press, leg extension, and leg curl machine along with lunges will be great. For your bye bye arms, that is your triceps. There is also a variety there too...in fact, if you fill our your profile and let FT set you up, it will give you great exercises to do for what you want. Gives descriptions on how to do them too.
