workout schedule: 20 min cardio(eliptical or treadmill) 1 hr lifting(using program from ft) taking nitrotech and on good diet. noticing muscle build in all areas, but having trouble with spare tire. height=6'4" weight=242. if i stick to my 12 week program and with everything else, am i on track for mass build??
Hmm yes and no. 6'4?!!! You're tall so you're a probably a fast burner so what you'll need is to cut out the cardio (only 2 or 3 times weekly but AFTER weight training NOT before and always drink a protein shake straight after weights!) When did you start weight training? How old are you? etc etc (fill in your profile!!)

Ya, that tire.... That will be one of the last places to go. As my self am almost at the end of the tunnel as far as the tire goes. Its the first place on us men where the fat goes and has been there the longest, so thats why hard to go. Take Philias advice she's right on! Age andotherstuff is a factor so fill in the profile.
