SOMEONE HELP........i am 5 foot 11 inches and about 155lbs. I want my body to be toned every where yet be small. What do I do? I want very little fat on my body just the essential........please let me know

Welcome to the site. You should try one of the programs on here. You don't have to get BIG while doing weght training. Take a look at Philia's pic she is a pro and competes. You can gain muscle and look really good. Also proper diet is a key to leaning out. Good Luck
