Cardio ?

I started working out last week and Im really enjoying it I look forward to going everyday I hope I keep motivated and it lasts :) Anyways Is doing cardio and abs everyday too much? Im trying to lose this weight quick and am doing 30 mins of cardio everyday and ab workout everyday. Might be a dumb question but im just curious

The cardio is great 30-45 min 4-5x week.
You should get your HR up between 130-170. Try doing some intervals.
I wouldn't do the ab work Every day. Work it every 2nd day so the muscles rest.
Eating well plays a big part. Look in the diet are of the site to see some great eating ideas that work.

Actually if your body get use to it (and you get the right nutrition and sleep) then youcan do 30 mins of slow cardio every day BUT never do cardio INSTEAD of weight training......

Cardio will just burn a little extra calories but muscles will make you stay slim!

Doing abs three times weekly is enough. Your muscles will come but if you want to show them well then it's all a question about DIET.
