i havent worked out since '99, i used to be really active in sports and weight training. i want to get back to weight training. i'm 24, 5'6', 155lbs. i've lost about 20lbs since than and i've gained a beer belly. i want to tone up and loose this beer belly, my six pack disappeared, i want it back also. basically, i need advice on how to get back into the routine and basically any advice your willing to give, it will be greatly appreciated.
