i havent worked out since '99, i used to be really active in sports and weight training. i want to get back to weight training. i'm 24, 5'6', 155lbs. i've lost about 20lbs since than and i've gained a beer belly. i want to tone up and loose this beer belly, my six pack disappeared, i want it back also. basically, i need advice on how to get back into the routine and basically any advice your willing to give, it will be greatly appreciated.

Easy, just follow one of FT's great exercise routines, stay around and read in the forums (you'll learn lots of great things!!) and you'll be doing fine!!
