I ordered a Manta ray two weeks ago and recieved it two days ago. Squats always seem to hurt the traps and it just seemed like to much pain in the upper body for a lift that was supposed to kill my legs. So I decided to spend $40 and see if it helped seeing as how squats are the king of all lifts. I really didnt think it would help to much but it was worth a shot. I have to say I really love it. Considering I was tired and running on little sleep my One rep Max went up 20 pounds!! My legs are my weak part of my body seeing as how I just started working them about two months ago and have been lifting my arms for a year. Have any of you tried them or anything I should know about it. It was the only bright moment in a week of hell.
that thing has been around for a long time, and has quite a nice following amongst bodybuilders. look, if it makes hell on earth (aka, squats) a little more comfortable, and it still doesnt allow you to cheat, then the $40 is a great investment! congrats on the 20# increase... let's keep it goin'!!
