I was told when I had to rehab from multiple shoulder surgeries, by my therapist that to have something work in terms of weight lifting, that it must be done at least 3 times a week. I've done the program for a couple of weeks now but given that advice, I was thinking of adding more excercizes into my week because the 23 week program has you do each muscle group only once a week. If anyone can give me some good advice on whether or not this is a good idea, that be good. Also I'm starting on some norandro products with nitro tech and cell tech. Thanks, J
What are your goals? Fast recovery, being athletic or muscle mass?
You can choose to do circuit training three times a week (working your entire body each time) but for muscle mass, once a week should be enough (you need to lift HEAVY on that one....)
