Iv got three weeks left of my current programme which is the eight week lean muscle programme, would it be a good idea to do the 12 week muscle mass and strength programme after, as i want to put on some muscle mass. if not suggestions on where to go next would be great. Thanks in advance

Yep that would be a good idea. You could also give yourself a week off to rest or to do some circuit training with light weights and lots of repetitions.
This will chock your muscle fibres back to growth.

Good luck!

When I registered, I put myself down for the Muscle Mass program. Personally, it seemed a little out of whack. It prescribed a Weider-like 35 sets per session three times a week. I'm more of a disciple of Ian King, and think that something in the 20-25 set range is smarter and more effective. If you're on the juice you can do those 35 set marathon workouts, but for your average person, that seems excessive. Try going to T-Mag.com and browsing the workouts there.
