u give me a workout and there is somethings i can not do on it because of my gym can u change them for me plez.machine crunches leg presses straght leg deadlift deadlifts bent over barbell rows t-bar rows.and i am not sure how to do the lying front kicks

Um, just substitute exercises you can do for those you can't (just make sure they work the same muscles as the original exercise). You can find all the exercises listed on FT, as well as their descriptions byt going to FT Exercise Resources/Muscle Targeting...
