Ill have a job soon and im wondering how I am supposed to continue to eat every 2-3 hours while on the job? any suggestions besides protein bars? 8 hours is like 3 or 4 missed meals and I can imagine that will hinder my gains exponentially.

You do get to eat lunch in-between those 8 hrs, don't you? You could try an MRP. I got LaBrada Lean Body (or something like that) and a shaker bottle and it's not disgusting and there are no lumps, it shakes very well.

SLIM - IT IS LEGAL THAT EVER JOB CONSISTING OF 8 HOURS LABOR HAVE 2 TEN TO FIFTEEN MINUTE BREAKS AND AT LEAST A HALF AN HOUR LUNCH. I WOULD FIND OUT FROM YOUR EMPLOYER WHAT TIME YOUR BREAKS ARE AND EAT ON THOSE TIMES AS WELL AS LUNCH. HERE IS MY SCHEDULE FOR EXAMPLE:
7:00 AM - EAT RIGHT BEFORE WORK STARTS 9:30 AM - EAT FIRST BREAK 11:30 AM - LUNCH 2:00 PM - 2ND BREAK 4:00 PM - AFTER WORK ON THE WAY HOME.
FOR AFTER WORK I USUALLY HAVE A MEAL REPLACEMENT BAR AND SOME FRUIT. FOR BEFORE WORK I USUALLY HAVE MY PROTEIN/MEAL REPLACEMENT SHAKE. HOPE THIS HELPS, IT GETS PRETTY EASY ONCE YOU START DOING IT. GOOD LUCK!

yes..lunch.....one meal in 8 hours. breakfast 7pm,lunch 12pm-theres 5 hours of catabolic fun. 4pm done for the day,get home 4:30 or 5-dinner 3 meals in approximatley 10 hours. Not as bad as I had thought actually but it will be a big change from my normally eating 4 or 5 meals in that time each meal only being 2 and at the most 3 hours apart. 5 hours without food isnt going to be fun. Oh well when I get my first paycheck I could just spend it all on juice.
