Well, anything is possible, especially at your age. Realistically at your age you should be able to do it, but it will take intelligent supplementing with quality products and dedication to your lifting, and more than probably anything good diet. Half measures of any kind will short circuit your goals. Best of luck to you.

Well, sorry to say, but "cheap" and "effective" don't belong in the same sentence. Don't be afraid to spend a bit more. A word of advice, you usually get what you pay for! It is not "cheaper" if it costs $10 less, but you use it forever with no gains. That is much more expensive than paying a bit more and making quality gains. A very good MRP I think is NytroPro40 by AST sports science. Based on sound nutrition. And remember, supps have an additive effect. You can't do something one time and not see your self grow an inch, and think this doesn't work. It is persistence over time, and synergy of products.

ya i guess u r right.I just wanted to try it out and maybe get a 20 pack one which would last me 2 weeks.I've been working out for 6 weeks straight then i took a week off(tendinitis) and now i finished my 7 week. will i still see good gains by the time i reach 10 weeks(6-10 weeks begining weight training u r suppose to make fast gains and then when ya body gets used to the work make smaller gains over longer periods of time)?

one more question.Right now i work out mondays, wednesdays, and saturdays for about an hour and a half.I do full body workouts and never split routines.Which is better for a turning 17 male whose goal is to gain muscle mass. This site suggest split routines but i'm not convinced.

Yes, you are exactly right. You make fast gains, then your body adapts. Enjoy while you can!! :>}You should probably still see good gains through 10 weeks, and then expect to see some pretty great gains when that period is over, and you switch your routine. Especially if you are going from a full body workout each time to a split. Keep it up!

I'am 19 years old and have been training for a while, i have discovered this site and im impressed with my results, in only three weeks i have put on halve a stone. But i was woundering how long should i leave it before i start adding on more wieght? also i have a friend who has got massive gains in the space of two years. literally inches have been packed on. is that possible without nutritional products and one more thing. Do EMS kits really work or are they a waste of time. Thanks in advance.
