Look at both, the calories and the fat grams, as well as the sugars. If you eat a diet high in sugar and don't work out a whole lot, the sugars will be stored as fat and you are on a fast road out of shape. You should eat 5-6 small meals a day which includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and 3 between meal snacks. Each meal should last you until the next, so don't eat much. A healthy snack would be like a banana, and some yogurt. Oh, and don't eat after abt 8 or so in the evening cuz that is when your body does the clensing and you will be happy with these results. You will se them in less than a week
