stamina question re:( mini trampoline)

I used to play soccer as a way to keep fit and keep my stamina and weight steady but because i broke my ankle i ahve t stop this season. So, i was wondering if jogging or jumping rapidly on a mini trampoline can help keep me fit a little.

Well jumping on a trampoline can help you strengthen your ankle.

If you want stamina, try HIIT (read the article in here).
