I started my FT program(s) back in the winter, but since my work tends to keep me busy in the summer, I didn't have time for a structured program, however; I did a lot of bike riding and working outside, since I feel that natural exercise in the great outdoors beats the gym any day.

Having said that, now that the days are starting to get shorter, and my 70 hour work weeks are slowing down to 50, I'll be making time to get back into my home gym on a regular basis -- and Freetrainers will be there with me. I just re-upped with a new program that starts on September 16, and I'm looking forward to getting back to the iron.

Good luck!!! Keep focused, I know how it is. I work 50 or more hr. weeks also. Make training a priority in your day somehow, and you will succeed.
