It's a wicked book. I got my parents to get me one when I was like 16 years old :D
There is a new revised one out though. You might want to get that one. I read this one many times over. I got my roomate to get the newer one. It's got lots of newer info in it and tons of newer pics of the latest bodybuilders. Still it's fun to look at the older book every once in a while and see the great ones of the 70s and 80s.
I highly recomend this book for anyone. I often find myself looking in the body part chapters before I go to the gym and try to change my routine. It's taught me alot when growing up and I even used the last chapters on posing and competing last year (something I never thought I would do when I first read it at 16...)
Damn... I'm all rowled up about it... I think I'm gonna have to go get it and go through some it again :D

Well after DANG said how much he used it I figured I could spare some birthday money. I found a brand new one on ebay and it should be arriving any day now. Sounds like a pretty sweet book. Cant wait to have Arnold help me out!!

It is a great book. If you need inspiration this book gives it to you but it can be a bit disheartening when Arnold talks about it being tough to do reps with 400lbs + benching because of his long arms! My arms are shorter yet for some strange reason I can't do 400lb reps( lol
