a girl i know is worried about her inner thighs. she wants to know what exercises she can do to tighten them up. she doesn't have access to a nice gym, so they'd have to be things she can do at home. Thanks alot guys and gals.

Deep sumo squats....... Legs wide apart and flexing your knees pushing the butt behind and down. It stretches and tones. When she gets use to the exercise, make her hold some plastic bottles filled up with sand in each hand to put a little weight on the movement. Around 4 sets of 20 reps.

Here is one to try, Go to the drug store in the section for injury recoup section get a large rubber band different colours represent different strenghts tie one end of the rubber band to a bed post or heavy chair or table. now standing straight with your side facing the rubber band and tied to the anckle closest take a side step away your legs should be apart shoulder with or a little more now pull the ankle with the band on it toward the other leg. do this several times each side twice a week than increase to 3 times changing strenghts of bands as you get more used to it. Nina's recomandation works well too but becareful of foot position keep feet at 45 to take stress of knees. Sorry for being long winded good luck.
