Yesterdays leg day

Ok, here was my leg workout. Actually kind of sluffed off a bit from my normal workout...was running late as mentioned due to traffic. Didn't do my normal leg extension routine for instance. But, at the end of the workout I came to the realization that maybe I don't need to do all of those, I had an extrodinary leg burn, in fact still feel them this morning.

It was funny, after doing my leg presses, I went over to do hack squats, got 2 sets in and resting before my 3rd set, some girl came over and wanted to work in. Well, of course I said sure, and we made a joke about her increasing the weight. Well, anyway to me, when someone wants to work in, this means do one set, get up and let the other person do one. Well, she proceeded to lay there inbetween each set, never got up, and did her entire leg workout! Geez, I don't understand people.

Plate loaded squat press

Prone hack squats
Sets....150x10,180x10(the work-in happened here where I was going up to my next set)

Leg extensions
Sets....110x10,120x10,130x7

Leg curls
Sets....90x10,105x7,120x5

Superset adductors with abductors
Sets....140x15,150x15,140x15,150x15

Standing calf raises
sets.....495x20,495x20,495x20,495x18(hold each last rep, then heavy stretching between sets)
