Yesterday was arm day

Good arm workout today...went a bit heavier with less reps than last time, want to kind of switch off and use some confusion. Arms were poppin pretty good today, no records or anything, just a good pump.
Upper pulley pressdowns(slightly bent bar)
Sets....150x15,150x15(double pulley type),100x12,120x8,120x7(single pulley type, leaning against pad)
Incline tricep extensions
