Yesterday was a rest day for me, did a 30 minute cardio session. Trying desperately to keep up with my cardio! I am on a once per week now, but that is better than nothing, though not adequate. It is well known that it take at least 3 times per week for adaptations to take place, and I can really see that in that doing it once per week as opposed to the 3 I was doing, I do get my heart rate up a bit higher than I was at 3 per week.
