I know it's supposed to be 40 minutes today...but i did the intervals instead...man am I sweaty!!!!!!
Food...not sure yet..had eggs and oats for breakfast...probably a salad for lunch...dinner...going out,probably a taco salad.I've dropped another 2 pounds since the weigh in sunday...I'm down to 146...going back to work always help me drop some extra pounds...as much as I walk and squat I should have an ass and legs of steel though!!!!
