I kept the weights low...didn't push myself..just wanted to get a whole workout in...which I accomplished...so I am pleased...

Warm-up - push-ups - 10 reps

Exercise Reps (weights)
Incline DB Presses 15, 12, 10, 8(12.5 ea hand)
Incline flyes 12, 10, 8 (12.5 ea hand)
Bentover rows 15, 12, 10, 8 (Barbell, use a reverse grip)(60)
Wide grip pulldowns 15, 12, 10(45,60,60)
DB overhead presses 15, 12, 10, 8 (12.5)
Side lateral raises 12, 10, 8 (8,8,8)

cardio
HIIT

*note to self...low rise hipster panties...not good workout gear...I was goin to the movies(pickin my seat for those of you that dont know that joke)the entire time...

ahhh...C'MON...you know you couldn't have made it through the day without knowing that!!!!

soooo....funny story...I went to the bank yesterday to pull money out of my savings account..I never use the card I have always just transfered to and from that account on the internet through my joint account...but since I have been given the old heave ho out of that account had to go to an actual machine...I put my card in and I get a note...my card has expired and my bank card has been retained..I put my head back and started laughing...don't know why I found this so funny...but I was about in tears I was laughing so hard...I think I scared the guy behind me...he took a few steps back...looked at me like I needed to be fit for a straight jacket..I laughed all the way to the car..what else are ya gonna do...
