I did my 25 min on the treadmill....the first ten min were lousy,I was all over the place..I decided it wasn't worth the effort if I was gonna be sloppy about it,so I picked my head up,straightened my shoulders and made a longer stride...I felt better and completed my 25 min easily....hopefully I'll remember tomorrow that it felt good.
