Well...today went much better than yesterday!!!!!
Exercise Sets Reps
DB rows 4 12 16lbs
Pull-downs 3 12 60lbs
Shrugs 3 15 55lbs
supermans 3 15(I WILL NOT miss these!!!!And boy do I need to vacume the rug!!)
Incline DB curls 3 12 13lbs(my arms will be sore)
concentration curls 3 12 11lbs
seated Calf raises 4 15 40lbs
Cable pul 4 20 90lbs
cardio challenge...had to add a minute this week...whew...thought I was gonna hurl!!!

I thought I was doing ok on my water...I put 6 25 oz bottles of water in the fridge..if I drink 5 I'm happy...but my husband asked me why there were 1/2 empty bottles of water all over these and realized I'm only getting 1/2 the water...better work on that!!!
But great workout today...nice and sweaty!!!!
