wk 5...sat

OK...week 5 workouts done...I got off at 3 last night instead of 6...I got called in (on my first day back...boy is that promising) at 5:30...so I wasn't to sleepy today and my workout was....OK....didn't want to do it...but I knew if I bagged off today,the first day...that wouldn't be a good sign...it will take me a couple of weeks to adjust...any way...my workout:

Hack Squats 4 15 55lbs(OUCH!!)
SLDL 3 15 55lbslbs

Superset*
Leg extension 4 15 30lbs*
Leg curl 4 15 45lbs*

cable pull(up on tip toes) 90 lbs 4 15


I didn't consider the wanting to smoke aspect of going back to work...I don't know what to do with break time if I can't smoke...so I opted out of my break until I know I'm strong enough not to smoke...yuck...what a BAD habbit!!!
