wk 5....friday

cardio for week 5 is done...a couple a more weeks and we will be 1/2 way through!!!

workout went well today...I got up at 3...I start working the graveyard shift tonight...need to be sleepy enough to take a nap..so I got my DB and headed in the other room and did my weights early this morning..which felt strange..

Superset*
Crunches 3 30 *
Leg raises 3 30 *
Oblique crunches 3 30 *
Superset*
Incline DB presses 4 12 8lbs*
Incline flyes 4 12 8lbs*
Shoulder presses 3 12 35lbs
Superset*
DB laterals 3 12 8lbs*
DB presses 3 12 8lbs*
Triceps kickbacks 3 12 8lbs*


These I did later...this stuff is in my room...couldn't haul the machine out.
Triceps pushdown 3 12 30 lbs
Pec deck 3 12 15lbs(I adjusted my hands and lowered the weight..didn't feel like I did much..but at least it didn't hurt.

cardio...35 min...stayed at 5.2 RPM...didn't get far...the kids took off with my headphones(little suckers) and I just can't get into it without listening to music.
