wk 5 tues

I'm such a kid...I'm so excited to start the new workout..I didn't want to do todays workout!!!I got it done..but not with any real umph...

Exercise Sets Reps
Incline DB presses 4 8 8 lbs(wow...2 lbs felt like a 10 lb difference!!)
Incline flyes 3 10 8 lbs
Pec deck 3 12 30lbs(shoulder really feeling it on these,not to sure what happened)
Shoulder presses 3 10 25lbs(shoulder sore)
DB laterals 3 10 8 lbs
DB presses 3 8 8 lbs
Triceps extension 3 10 8 lbs
Triceps pushdown 3 12 30 lbs
Calf raises 4 10 55 lbs
seated calf raise 4 15 30 lbs

and cardio...boy did I put off doing this today!!!!

3 min warm up
9 intervals @7rpm
8 intervals @5rpm
3 min cool down
23 min total
I kept my high intervals down,but upped my lows..not a true hiit...but my shin and knee have been bothering me..I would rather take it easy then be down for the count!!

I got a call from my old manager...they want me to come back to work...it would be nice because I am bored to death,I really need to be out of the house more,and christmas is right around the corner...but they are a bunch of idiots over there,it would be very hard to keep at my workouts like I am now(graveyard shift position)...not to say I couldn't or wouldn't..it would be a huge adjustment though.So...alot to think about.
