I am totally beat!!!

I was feelin'pretty good today,so I did squats AND lunges

*lunges 4 15(ea lag)10 lbs
SLDL 4 15 55lbs

*Leg extention 4 15 30lbs
*Leg curl 4 15 45lbs
superset*
*seated Calf raises 4 15 30lbs
*Calf raise 4 20 55lbs


No cardio...whew...

I haven't done my diet last few days...no real excuse...just lazy...it's been good though..I still put it in my journal...gonna take another lazy day on that.
