wk 3 thurs

wow...does my behind hurt!!!It's hurts to sit on the toilet..pretty bad!!!


Exercise Sets Reps
DB rows 4 12 15lbs
Pull-downs 3 12 60lbs
Shrugs 3 15 55lbs
Hyperextensions 3 15 These were seriously painful today!!
Incline DB curls 3 12 10lbs I stayed in double digit for these today...watch out 12 lbs...here I come!!!
cable pull up....4 20 90lbs

I put off doing the cardio challenge for as long as I could..once I started it wasn't so bad...
