WK 3 shoulders

My right shoulder is still bothersome...taking on the extra ten pounds on my first set may not have been the wisest move,but I feel like I got a good shoulder workout.
I did my 25 min on the treadmill...my behind is sore from the lunges yesterday...I was glad I workout at home today...I had no idea how much my rear shakes around when I run...I had to grab it and hold it down when I first started running until I got used to the soreness...looked like an idiot!!!!!It's fun to laugh at yourself some times!!!
