*Ft suggested db squats here, on flys advice I swithched out for lunges...felt like a more rounded workout
I'm supposed to do abs...I've decided to give up on abs at least for awhile...I truely detest them,always hurt...never gets better,and it makes me not want to do anything else...so I'm revolting for awhile.
I did do my 25 min on the treadmill...which felt GREAT!!!I had a chat with myself yesterday...gave myself a swift kick in the ass...went and got some new running shoes to go with my new attitude in my favorite color...green...and I'm turning over a new leaf...I WILL wear that little black dress to the Christmas party!!!!!
