workout went well today...

Todays cardio went great...I dug out some of my husbands CDs and started my high intervals..in dedication to Amy and her 15 lb loss...with limp biskits Rollin'...a song from her workout selections...and it started just right...with "Alright partner....you know what time it is...keep on rollin baby" and off I went...
