wk 2.....thurs

todays workout felt great!!!!My back and legs were a little tight from yesterday...but all went smooth
start 9:25
Exercise Sets Reps
DB rows 4 12 14lbs
Pull-downs 3 12 1@60lbs 2@45lbs
Shrugs 3 15 @55lbs
supermans 3 15
Incline DB curls 4 12 @6lbs
I put in some tricep curls here 4 12 @6lbs
and super set them because my weights are so low
Calf raise 4 20 @75lbs...I do these on a pulley...just straight up and down...best I can do with what I've got

I was disappointed here...I raised the incline...but I guess it brought my speed down...I was up from last week,but not by as much as I thought

I'm adding a couple of tblsp olive oil...an attempt to up my fat and cal intake..seems to have worked.
