I was supposed to work back and chest today,but the exercises in volved moving my shoulder around to much...so I opted for back and legs.
I'm starting my alternating cardio and weights this week...I'm also quitting smoking today...I've quit several times before...I just can't seem to make it stick...so today I'm telling myself...there is no try...either do or do not...yoda I think.:)
